Our number one goal is for all of our customers to have an enjoyable and satisfying experience with their new bike. Our staff strives to guide each customer in making the best possible buying decision. However, we also understand that sometimes it’s possible that a rider may make a decision that's not exactly on the mark after he or she spends some time with his or her new bike.
That’s why we offer our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the bike you went home with, bring your bike to our store within 30 days and we will credit your purchase price toward another model of equal or greater value that better suits your needs. Some restrictions apply.*
* This policy applies exclusively to adult, non-electric, conventional bikes, wheel size 26” and greater purchased in one of our retail stores or purchased on-line for pick in one of our retail stores. We are not able to offer this exchange program for a color exchange on the same model or juvenile bikes. Also the replacement model must be of the same selling price or higher (after any sale prices or promotions.) The exchange bike should be in new condition and sellable as new, requiring no cleaning or service. A bike that does not present as new may result in a reduced credit toward another bike. Other limitations may apply.
