It is just as solid, smooth,and quiet, and it offers the same total body workout with 25 different resistance levels and a choice of 20 different pre-programmed workouts to keep your exercise sessions interesting. Unlike using an elliptical machine at the gym, however, using the X9i at home means you can store up up to 7 of your favorite customized workouts along with previous duration for each workout so you can track your progress.
