- Start / Stop
- Quickstart Buttons - Select a pre-setting, get in position and press start.
- Time - Choose 30 or 60 seconds.
- Frequency - Speed of vibrations. Start on 30Hz except for massage. Change the frequency in 1Hz increments with the plus and minus buttons.
- Amplitude - Height of vibrations. Start with Low except for massage.
- Repeat - Press to start again with the same settings.
