When you bring in your bike for service, we start with a free, no-obligation estimate of the work that will be needed. One of our service pros will discuss the problem with you and will carefully explain what work should be done, always respecting your choices and your budget.
No Appointment Necessary!
Getting ready to ride and discovered a flat tire? Hit a pot hole and your rim is out of true? Or, simply need service for the season? Bring it in!
Some repairs, like most flat tires, we can fix on the spot. With other, more involved repairs, we'll check your bike in, complete the repair within our current schedule and notify you when your bike's ready.
Have a Question about Service?
Because of the complexities of service work, the best way for us to answer your questions about your repair is to have your bike in our store. If you have questions prior to bringing your bike in, please give us a call. We'll do our best to answer your questions by phone. In some cases, we may need to see your bike before we can provide answers to all of your questions. During the warm months, service lead-times are at their peak.

A Note about Our E-bike Service Policy
Our desire is to assist every customer who comes to us with service needs. We service all brands of conventional bicycles. However, e-bikes present service needs and challenges not present with conventional bicycles.
E-bikes require special training (which is brand specific), special tools (also often brand specific) and often require technical support and unique service parts, both of which are often lacking or non-existent with many brands. Most second and third tier e-bike suppliers, especially those found in the e-commerce marketplace supply neither training, tools, software or technical and parts support.
All these things add up to potential safety issues for the rider when repairs are not completed properly.
We know the brands we sell provide the support and resources we need for successful, safe repairs and our staff is trained on these brands.
Because of these reasons and other reasons, Scheller's limits our servicing to the e-bikes we sell. At this time we are not able to service e-bike systems and brands that were not sold in Scheller's stores.
Finally, we also refrain from e-bike service items that may appear similar or identical in nature to a service item on a conventional bicycle (for example: brake adjustments, chain install, derailleur adjustment, etc.)
